Training in Action

Why it works

Teaching a command is not the same as building communication

Mario takes time to understand each dog’s personality and body language, then coaches owners so progress continues at home — in stores, public settings, and around distractions.

Trainer

Meet Mario

Mario Holland takes time to understand dogs’ personalities, behavior, and needs. He is especially effective at explaining why a dog responds a certain way — and how an owner’s actions influence that response.

His engaging, sometimes animated demonstrations make training approachable. The goal is practical skills for everyday life: clearer communication, calmer behavior, and a stronger bond between dog and person.

Placeholder: Biography details, years of experience, and any credentials await Mario’s confirmation before publishing. Do not invent titles or origin stories.

Philosophy

Individualized attention

Dogs learn at different speeds. Programs adapt to the dog in front of Mario — not a one-size curriculum.

Owner education

Homecoming coaching and follow-ups help you continue the work so skills transfer to real life.

Real-world practice

Training happens around distractions, in public settings, and with different handlers when appropriate.

Offerings

Training Programs

Board-and-train programs are individualized, not group classes. Dogs learn at different speeds; coaching continues at home. Outcomes are not guaranteed — progress depends on the dog, consistency, and follow-through.

Note: Do not assume training equipment is included with every program. Confirm with Mario which package (if any) includes equipment before promising it to clients.
